Large-Scale Concrete Floor Leveling

Self-leveling underlayments are used to create a smoother, flatter substrate ahead of compatible flooring systems. This Texas A&M project demonstrates Pace Coatings' capacity to handle substantial material quantities and work across long corridors and larger interior areas.

The photographs document mixing equipment, active placement, and newly leveled surfaces. ARDEX V 1200 is an underlayment—not a stand-alone finished epoxy wear coating. Final floor finishes, if required, are specified separately according to the project design and substrate conditions.
