WHO WE ARE 01
BUILT AROUND
THE JOB.
NOT THE PITCH.
Pace Coatings is a Houston-based commercial painting and specialty coatings contractor serving the buildings, facilities, and infrastructure that keep Texas moving.
Our work is practical, technical, and detail-driven. We focus on the right surface preparation, the right materials, and a plan that fits the way your facility actually operates.
Whether it is a large tilt-wall building, a healthcare environment, a concrete floor, or an industrial asset, our goal is the same: deliver a finished surface you can depend on.

THE PACE STANDARD 02
HOW WE
SHOW UP.
Coatings are only as good as the planning, preparation, and people behind them. That is where we put our attention.
PREP IT RIGHT.
Surface preparation is the foundation of the system. We take it seriously before a coating goes down.
EXECUTE WITH CARE.
We coordinate the work around the jobsite and communicate clearly as conditions and schedules evolve.
FINISH WITH PURPOSE.
The end goal is a functional, durable result—not just a surface that looks good on turnover day.
